It feels like Summer at my house. The kids and I are spending our afternoons in the backyard running through the octopus sprinkler and slurping down ice pops like there’s no tomorrow. My farmer’s tan is going strong already and It’s not even June. One of my favorite parts of Summertime is eating outdoors. We’ve dusted off the patio furniture and have been firing up the grill non-stop the past few weeks. Our first backyard bbq of the season with a few extended family members was a couple weeks ago and I’m itching to have another! I made this Berry Cheesecake Salad the other day and I am hooked.
