How to make Chhole Samosa Chaat?
Heat oil in a pan. Add boiled chole. Season it with salt, chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and cumin, and coriander powder.
Add 2 cups of water and mix them very well. Cook it for 5 – 6 minutes over medium heat.
Now let’s assemble them.
Take Samosa in a serving bowl. Make it into 4 pieces. Pour Chhole ragda over samosa. Add sweet chutney, coriander chutney, garlic chutney, curd, sev, and onion. Add chutneys according to your taste.
