What is Chipotle pepper in adobo sauce?

As I said, Chipotle peppers in adobo are the key to this homemade sauce. Chipotle chilies are ripe red jalapeno peppers that have been dried and smoked. They have a medium heat and a beautiful fruity smoky flavor. And the adobo sauce is a savory concoction made with onion, tomato, vinegar, and spices. When combined they make a flavorful sauce. It’s a smooth sauce that’s a little sweet and tangy. This sauce is easily available in any grocery store. But if you leave in small cities or if it’s not available, here are some of the substitutions you can try.
