Honey Mustard anything was definitely high on my list things you couldn’t pay me to eat when I was  younger. Mustard? It’s supposed to be zesty with maybe a little spice. Not sweet. Right? Wrong. Most things in life could use a little sweetness. Mustard goes well with a bit of sweet. My grown up palate has come to that conclusion. My mother will be proud. The only thing about eating a fantastic healthy salad with grilled chicken and veggies and all of that good-for-you stuff is that if you cover it all up with fattening dressing, it kiiiiind of takes you back a couple of steps you know? That’s why I love whipping up my own dressing that are lower on the guilt scale, but still score high on the tasty scale. This Creamy Honey Mustard Dressing definitely fits the bill!
