After watching his older brother come up with a great recipe for Sriracha Chicken Dip a couple weeks ago, my middle son informed me that he was going to work on his own “recipe creation.” He came up with a short list of ingredients and we turned it into this ice cream.
He had fun mashing the fruits and then watching the machine churn it into the fluffiest ice cream we’ve ever made. The kids flipped out over this dessert and we all thought it was pretty awesome. We’ve made this ice cream several times over the past few years. It’s still one of my favorite ice creams for its unique fluffy texture. If popsicles are more your thing, skip the ice cream machine and pour the mixture into popsicle molds for a hand-held treat!
