I often make Burrito bowl and burrito wraps at home. It’s my go-to recipe for a busy weeknight dinner. And Instant pot made this so easy to make. What if you don’t have Instant Pot and still want to make this One pot Burrito bowl!! Don’t worry I’m sharing recipe both the ways.  These burrito bowls are loaded with beans, rice, veggies, Diced Tomatoes, Cilantro and taco seasoning and tastes scrumptious. This burrito stuffing stays good up to a month in the freezer.
How to wrap a Burrito?
Take a Tortilla – The Bigger the better. Warm it a little bit Spread a small amount of filling with sauces and toppings slightly off center Fold the sides With the sides folded in, use your thumbs to bring up the bottom of the tortilla. Bring up the bottom of the tortilla and pull it tightly Roll the bottom of the tortilla tightly Keep Rolling And Burrito wrap is ready!!
