I love strawberries and I add them to my salads almost every day. Some of our favorites are the Spinach Fruit Salad with Strawberry Grape Vinaigrette, Red Wine and Honey Salad with Fruit, Spring Salad with Poppyseed Dressing and my oldest son’s favorite Strawberry Spinach Salad. Simply push the straw through the bottom of the berry and up through the top. The stem simply pops off with the white of the berry. My kids think that this is the coolest thing ever, especially when I hand them a straw stacked with berries.
