It is prepared almost daily in Gujarati households. Kobi Tindora No Sambharo is a stir fry often made with Tondora / tondli, cabbage, and chilies. This is a warm salad which is often served as a side dish with main meals like Bhakhari, bajri rotla or with Dal rice. The cabbage and Tindora are slightly stir-fried so the vegetables retain the crunch and crispiness.
I do make many kinds of Sambhara like carrot sambharo, green papaya sambharo, chili sambharo, dudhi skin sambharo, papaya no sambharo etc. Very soon I will share a recipe of different sambhara. My family love this Kobi Tindora No Sambharo with Dal and rice. I also love this with Bajri Rotla and chaas. 🙂 This Kobi Tindora No Sambharo is a No onion – No Garlic recipe. It hardly takes time to prepare.
