We recently moved into a new house and were lucky enough to discover three enormous rosemary plants in the yard. (and by plants, I mean giant bushes four feet across) I’ve been adding rosemary to so many foods lately. This Lemon Rosemary Potato Salad is my favorite new dish by far. I served this Lemon Rosemary Potato Salad with Pulled Pork Sandwiches, {Slow-Cooker} Baked Beans, and Memphis Style Coleslaw. The whole meal was a success and this potato salad was the most requested recipe of the night. I’m already looking forward to making it again!
