For Sauce 5. Mix mayonnaise, sweet and chili sauce and schezwan sauce in a bowl. Keep it aside.
Frying Patty 6. Heat oil in a pan for frying. 7. Take prepared patty. Deep it into the batter and then coat it with bread crumbs. 8. Deep Fry the patty into the medium hot oil until lightly golden brown in color. Take them out into the absorbent paper. Keep them aside. (you may shallow fry the patty too)
Lets assemble 9. Take flour tortilla. Apply spoon full of prepared sauce all over the tortilla. 10. Place lettuce leaves, patty, and some salad. Grill or cook it from both the sides until golden brown in color.
