How to make Russian Salad Sandwich?
Combine the vegetables and pineapple in a big bowl.
In another bowl, take fresh cream, mayonnaise and sour cream. Add salt and pepper. Mix them very well
Combine vegetables and dressing. Mix them very well.
Russian salad is ready. Put this salad in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Cut the edges of bread. Apply butter on each slice.
Put a spoon full of Russian salad in the centre of the buttered bread.
Cover with another buttered bread side facing downwards. Cut the sandwich into 2 or 4 triangles.
Repeat the same process with other breads.
Your Russian Salad Sandwich is ready. Serve them with Potato chips. You can also eat salad alone as well.
