Annnnnd we’re back to revisiting my love for Twix candy bars. Like I said before, they’ve always been my favorite chocolate-inluding candy bar. My mom used to buy Twixes and leave them on my bed before for me when I got back from a trip or after a soccer game. Best mom ever. But I also have a big fat thing for ice cream, so it’s no surprise that the two obsessions eventually collided. These are cold and creamy and gooey and SO darn good. Absolutely perfect for the end of July. Cut them immediately before serving because the chocolate will kind of sliiiide off of the caramel if they sit for too long at room temperature.
